Best device for outer skin only growth without pulling groin area forward? Thinking bi-directional tension DTR/TLC-X/Metamorefore/DILE?

Post Body

I have way more inner skin than outer skin and significant turkey neck and while Foreskinned Air with a lot of skin pulled up onto the gripper seems to allow me to focus on outer a good bit an avoid putting -ANY- tension on groin/base, it seems like weighted configurations or strap configurations all pull the groin forward.

I'm just curious if anyone in this boat has found good success with a bi-directional device that allows them to target outer skin only without pulling the base and is comfortable enough for long term uninterrupted wear (I was never able to wear my TLC-X for more than a couple hours at a time).

I currently use FS Air full-time and gravity part-time, but my progress with inner seems faster than outer and I already have way more inner than outer, I feel like I want to avoid my scarline staying on the outside at my end result and instead want it to be just barely on the inside. I'm most curious about Metamorefore tbh but haven't seen much discussion of it. Also never tried a DTR which I understand people often say is the superior device to TLC-X. Not sure if that is effective at targeting outer-only without any base/pubic area pulling.
