Bump on my shaft.

So I got my tower 3 or 4 Months ago and a small bump showed up on my shaft. I haven’t done any risky sex stuff and I had an appointment with planned parenthood and they thought it might be a skin lesion. Has anyone else developed weird bumps while restoring?
