We are working on some minor parts of the designs and making small incremental improvements.

I am unfortunate behind with dispatching orders. We first encountered poorly manufactured weights and once we started to ship products again (two weeks ago) I received feedback about leaking pumps. We stopped shipping products and looked closely into the problem, once I understood how common the problem was. We had about less than 1% faulty pumps until then. The number jumped up to about 30-40%.

After investigating the root cause, we found it to be this: Sloppy assembling in the manufacturing process. The problem can be solved with 10-15 min of work and we have made a step-by-step guide.

We will provide a video in the coming week. All orders will be served, but the lead time will take time ( 20 days for most orders from next week and on) in the beginning.
In the upcoming three to five weeks, I will catch up and then the lead time will become much shorter.
