I tried Andre's method for a few days and saw good progress. After a while, the routine broke down completely and the main reason was the aggressive approach. I become overwhelmed and gave up... it did not feel great!
I thought about the subject and remembered a book I read a while ago. Then I started yesterday again and found it so much easier. I will sum up the book with one picture and place it in a context within this community.
- Do not make a drastic change. Start small and work on it every day. Now I only do Andre's method three times a day and I plan the night ahead which three hours it will be in. My only two options are A or B.

Option A - the first three hours of the day.
Option B - the three middle hours of the day.
Option C - The safety net. The last three hours of the day.

One percent change every day does not seem like much to the world. But the compounding effect is huge. We can either become 37 times better in one year or lose about everything (97%).

βββββββIt all depends on how we use this very day. And think about the end result. Every aspect of our lives will become better, once we have made it all the way to CI-X* and it will affect the life of your significant other, family, and children. A happy individual will always be a positive influence in the world. I feel great. This is the second (attempt) day and this time I go slow but surely and add one more hour per 2 weeks until 8 or 10 hours feel easy.
Read the article or the book if you have the time. It will help you on your journey and I suspect it will help you with a great deal more in life in general.
If you feel down at times. It is okey. Think about one more percent in increased sensitivity, and one more, and one more, and one more... until the very end.
The power of tiny gains, one step each day, is mighty.
