Just do it already! Stop planning/setting goals and instead commit to a habit.
Post Body

I’m a tight C-1. Ive kinda started off and on but never got into a routine for more that few days. But now I’m actually doing it.

I was always obsessed with the goal. Look at that guy with full erect coverage. Then I look down and realize how much I have to do to get there. Or I’d want to manually stretch an hour a day or every hour on the hour for two min. Frustrated I can’t wear the TLC tugger I bought years ago. Jealous of the intact guys I’ve slept with. So because I never could commit to these lofty goals or I got discouraged id stop.

No more. I’m not setting crazy goals. I’m focusing on the habit. Just like working out or brushing your teeth even you need to do this every day. Start with what you can manage. I’m doing 20 min in the morning and 1-2 min each time I use the bathroom. Instead of focusing on the difference between this habit and the routines of other people I’m focusing on the fact that it’s better than 0. Anytime under tension is reaching toward your goal. Stop dreaming, stop pining for what’s lost, and focus on today. What can I do today to tug? It might be 2 min, or 12 hours but do it. 1 month will happen, 1 year will happen and you’ll have improved. Focusing too much on future you puts too much anxiety on current you. Just get tugging!
