What are the honest thoughts on doing exclusively only manuals?

Post Body

I've been in the restoration game for a bit. I'm a ci5. I've tried inflation, don't like it, tried t-tape, it's OK but don't want to be strapped to my leg all day, and tried stealth retainers/packers but they get uncomfortable after continuous days and are a bit messy at the urinal.

I've been considering from this point forward to do exclusively manuals. I think it'd be easier but I really want to know if it'd be effective. I pee a lot and can stretch every time i go. Also am home often and on those days I feel like I'm stretching constantly all day long.

This has to yield results right? Are there any particular methods or stretches that I should be focusing my efforts on? I think I'm ready to commit to manuals for the long term.
