So a little about me I’m 30 Arab and circumcised. I have very loose skin mainly on the underside of my penis and I think it’s because of masturbation mainly. This has caused my skin to be a little more loose and swollen looking beneath my penis verses the other sides of my penis. I think this happened because of the lack of sensitivity being cut so I’d do a two finger grip on that part (where the frenulum should’ve been) to help stimulate myself more which caused that area to be a little more swollen looking than the rest of my penis. My question is will foreskin restoration help cover this and make my penis look more better or will it just look more swollen with all the extra skin?
