TLDR: Are there are any easy tugging techniques that donāt require much thought throughout the day?
As you all know, this is a long-term goal for many of us. I am very new and have started out with manual tugging techniques. Specifically manual method three.
However, Iām finding it difficult to faithfully tug every hour on the hour of every day. Itās quite challenging to go from 0 to 100.
My goal is to develop a habit that I can stick with consistently. And Iām looking for good techniques to help me ease into that.
So hereās my question: what are the most mindless techniques for getting a good amount of stretch stretching in during the day?
With manual method three, I have to do the stretching every hour. I need to set a timer to remind me every hour. I might not be in the best locations or I might be in the middle of something. Thereās lots of ways to get derailed and miss an hour or miss a couple of hours.
Iām looking for some form of āset it and forget itā solution. Even if itās not the most optimal, Iām hoping that it will help me continuously think about it and get into the habit of tugging more often. Even even if I leave that technique behind in favor of better techniques in the future.
