meatus rolling outward

has anyone else had issues with their meatus rolling outward basically looking like little lips? I put a bandaid over mine when i inflate with the CAR-1 but I still have issues with it. I’d love to tighten mine up like it used to be cause it’s quite uncomfortable when it rubs against fabric. Just wondering if anyone has any pointers!
