I've had a Mantor Classic since March 2023 and it's been very productive for me, I've increased two CI levels, both flaccid and erect, since I began using it. It's incredibly well designed, incredibly comfortable, easy to use and its grippers are unbelievably grippy.

I got a DS model in October and in most ways it is superior to the Classic. The adjustable tensioner cords really do make a difference in how you can apply the tension to your foreskin. After putting it on, you can increase the tension on different areas of your foreskin by adjusting the cords to target specific areas. This really is an advantage over the Classic, which doesn't have that fine-tuning ability. The DS also now has a main body that is smaller and nearly the same size as the Classic's, which makes it more discreet under clothing.

A big improvement that is common to both models is the new gripper set. "The updated design features a shorter top gripper and a reduced gripping zone, allowing for less skin to be held under the gripper. This, in turn, results in a larger surface area of skin being stretched, all without compromising gripping power," according to the Mantor website, and I agree. The new grippers are shorter but just as grippy. However, they may prevent those with less skin from being able to use them.

When I originally bought the Classic, I didn't think that the DS was worth the extra money, but now I see that it is. I hope this review is helpful to those of you who are deciding on a new foreskin restoration device.
