Tweaked my routine
Post Body

Since receiving my Mantor four months ago, I've been on a steady routine of using it for 14-15 hours on my two days off from work, 4-5 hours after work on the four days I work until 7pm, and about 6 hours before work on the day I start at 2pm. I'd apply vitamin E oil before I went to bed, I never wore a retainer to bed for that reason, and also because I have enough foreskin to keep my glans covered while sleeping, except for when I have nocturnal erections.

I bought a silicone retainer last week to use at night and see if I could keep those nocturnal erections covered. I have no problems at all sleeping with the retainer on and my erections stay covered! I'm hoping that the light tension at night will help my progress, which has slowed over the past month or so. It also feels awesome to wake up hard and covered, it feels so natural. And I bought a retainer with a hole so that nighttime urination is quick and easy.

I'm also putting the Mantor back on in the morning for the roughly two hours between waking up and leaving for work on the days I start work at 10am. That's going to give me only 7-8 more hours of weekly restoration time, but every little bit helps, right? I hadn't been doing this before I got the retainer because I was applying vitamin E oil before I went to bed and I didn't feel like washing it off when I woke up, and then having to reapply it two hours later. I'm anxious to see if these routine changes will kick start my progress.
