2015 350XLT suddenly overheat at idle

I have had this van since it was 8months old. never had an overheating issues, even while camping in it, leaving it running all night. All of sudden, while waiting inline for inspection (idle probably 20min) temp alarm sounds.

I kill it. then when leaving fire it up, it's above normal...on the drive home, it goes back to normal and stays there.

today I am letting it idle to see if I can repeater the problem because I need to drive it tonight. I notice the two fans are NOT spinning. So, while engine OFF I turn the fans with my hand, they turn and spin normal....

Any Ideas to my issue?
