My daily is a 2010 2wd 4cyl 5 speed, and I'd like to give it a suspension lift. Apparently the nanny driver aid systems don't like that and it would cause issues that would lead to not being able to get it inspected/stickered/teched.. Whatever your regional lingo is.
My question is, where exactly is the brains of the advancetrac and roll stability? For the winter I just pull the abs fuse and it gives me the desired effect. Would replacing the abs module AND the ecu with units that don't have the stupid driver aids do the trick? Can't be throwing codes or have dash lights on and take a sticker.
Thanks.
