Wipers, speedometer, airbag, dome light, etc not working. Possible short on fuse 26

Was getting my headliner redone in my 2003 ford ranger xlt 3.0 V6. The dope didn’t disconnect the battery and took out the dome light and must have short circuited something. When replacing fuses 10, 16, and 26. I put the 10AMP fuse into 26 and spark tested again and same thing. Wondering how to fix. Could this have messed up my GEM and other components? Any electricians?? Help lol.
