Water pooling on the floor

I’m not sure why when I spray water on the doors it’s fine but every time it rains overnight I end up with water on the passenger side floor of my ranger there is a big rust hole I fixed on the drivers side but the passanger side without the hole still does it is it the weather stripping is it the window seal or the door seal how can I fix this issue should I get those vent visors or is it a leak somewhere else
