AC Issues 2012 ford fusion sel PLEASE HELP ‼️

Ac on driver side is cool, not cold, and the passenger side is Luke warm. Had the shop change the Blend door actuator and that didn't help, changed the control module for the climate controls and that didn't work. Anyone else have AC issues that have had it resolved that could help me out with some knowledge? Also when the AC or heat is on, theirs a whine when I accelerate. It quiets down some when I get to about 40mph roughly . Is this also a common issue with anyone else's ford fusion? Thanks to all who take the time to read this or have input.
