Got new battery and installed it car ran great started instantly. Next day start it and it won’t start now. All terminals are tight and dandy. Cars lights all turn on and everything just get rapid fire clicks when turning engine over. Is that a starter issue? Also fan stays on for like 10 minutes after running car.
