My 2018 hybrid’s sync system is painfully bad. I just got the car and it’s covered by several warranty. It freezes, stalls, changes volume on its own, it changes radio presets with a quick tap but won’t change the station. The nav system is completely unusable due to lag and voice commands skipping and being a mile behind. Seems to work fine when I plug a phone into it IF it picks up the phone and does that. Seems to be a 50/50 chance it will recognize when a phone is plugged in. The Bluetooth connection also is unstable. I connected it to my wifi and enabled auto updates… No improvements.

Anyone else encountered this and been able to fix it?
