Fuel system cleaner in eco boost

I have a 2018 escape titanium AWD with the 2.0 Ecoboost. It has 44k on it and I've never put any fuel system cleaner in the gas tank and I'm wondering if it's worth doing before I a road trip? I know it wont clean the valves but I'm wondering if it will help my gas mileage or be beneficial in any way? I have some Lucas upper cylinder lubricant with injector cleaner and a bottle of techron in my garage from my last car so I'd be using one of them. Thanks in advance.
