Common Vetch: is it safe?
Post Body

So I've seen posts online saying that common vetch is edible and a great source of protein. But I've also found articles discussing how great a food source it would be if we could breed out certain toxic compounds, and until that day it should only be used as feed for certain livestock. So what's the deal? Are people who are eating it just not eating enough to feel the negative effects?
