I left the responsibility of hiring of most of my staff up to my Technical Director, and he's hired good quality coaches, but the distribution seems really weird. I'm in Portugal, and have 12 coach slots to fill. This is the distribution my Technical Director has given me:
Assistant Coach x4, Goalkeeping Coach x4, Fitness Coach x3, Coach (Defending) x1
This is really weird, right? In the past I've always played with only 1 assistant coach, so I'm not sure if there are any particular benefits to having multiple. But I feel I should have more regular coaches for attacking and defending.
I guess what I'm curious about is, it's clear to me I probably need more basic coaches, but how many assistant/goalkeeping/fitness coaches should I keep? I'll probably take over the hiring of coaching staff and then just delegate the renewals to my technical director going forward to avoid this weird hiring.
