The title pretty much says it all, but I’ll elaborate.
I’ve just finished my second season with Schalke (promoted first season, somehow finished 3rd in season two), and in both my youth intakes I’ve had a few good-looking newgens come through, as well as having good youth prospects already.
I’ve asked the board to improve as much as possible now we’ve got some money (facilities, junior coaching etc), and I’m trying to get affiliates with good facilities. But I’m wondering, what is the best way to develop these players into first teamers, or players I can sell for a profit?
