I edited a DB with Aviron Bayonnais located in the French side of Basque. I am so impressed with the houserules of Bilbao and the performances over the years with only Basque players that I decided to copy this style just over the border on the French side of Basque Country.

I moved the best 25 French Basque players to Aviron and moved Didier Deschamps (born in Bayonne and youth player back in the days) to Aviron as club owner and director of football) He brings his earned money with him;)

The stadium I didn't do anything with. The name is already Stade Didier Deschamps and he is already a legend at the club. What I did change is the fact Didier put a lot of money in the club youth system so it's probably the best of the county and this will help you gain a lot of good French basque players in the future. The club vision is set to buy only Basque players and develop your players through the academy.

Aviron Bayonnais is in the 5th division of France but with Didier Deschamps as club owner and director of football he is keen to take on the likes of PSG in the future with the help from the friends on the other side of the border (Athletic Bilbao) which is a satellite club of Aviron who will send you loanies to help you achieve your goals.
