First of all if this is not allowed then take it down.
However, so before this game that we play I had no experience with soccer. I didn't play growing up, not in college intermural, not Sunday league, just pickup. However, I have been playing this game since 2017.
Yesterday, due to covid striking both of my coaches. So sense I am an Athletic Director for a HS in Florida; my coaches and I decided than rather cancel the game that I would be coach while they were out. (For people who don't know what an Athletic Director is. I'm am the person who oversees the whole athletic department at the school from eligibility, fundraising, hiring/firing coaches, finding refs, concessions etc...)
So I decided to run a 4-3-3 with 2 DMs to start the game. In about the 13' we scored our first goal via a nice run from our right winger. But shortly after that goal they scored via a lofted ball over the defensive line over the top.
1-1 Half
So to start the 2nd half I decided to switch my LB and LW and told my new LB to over lap on attack. Bout 5' in the second half he won a PK getting us up 2-1. And from there we scored 2 more goals winning the game. Making my real life coaching record 1-0. So thank you football manager for teaching me the tactics knowhow to get a W.
