Post Body

3 years in with Blackburn and built a team I proud of so far, enjoying my time alot. Got 3rd in the Championship in the first season, but lost the playoff finals to Norwich. Got 1st place in the Championship in the second season, literally 1 point ahead of second place Brighton.

Whenever I get promoted I tend to barely scrap by relegation and literally in the first two months had to play Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and City consecutively. Lost all besides Chelsea which was a 0-0 draw. But right now, in March I got to knocked out of the semis of Carabao to Liverpool and currently sitting in 6th place with 43 points and I'm ecstatic.

So to get to my question, halfway through the season, Schalke offered me a job but I declined and so did Tottenham and I contemplated it but they were 16th at the time.

So when you lot are doing well or enjoying your time with a smaller team, and a team you would love to join offers you the job, do you tend to just leave that team behind or just reject the offer?

TL;DR - Just read the last paragraph
