Journeyman Vs. One Club Legend (Favourite Save Type)?

Are you the saviour/short-term fix project type, or the Fergie/Wenger/building a dynasty at one club type?
Both are fun! I love a journeyman save, but nothing beats taking a batch of 16/17 year olds to a club, watching them grow and develop into club first-teamers and then legends and then have the process start again with the next generation!
