I am playing Celta and I have been going wonderkid heavy, but I am having issues with tutoring.

I bought a bunch of model professionals with high determination to tutor my wonderkids, but Your Tielemans' reputation got too high and the only person who can tutor him now is Diego Costa.

The problem is they seem to hate each other, and I keep reloading to try and figure out a sequence of conversation choices that lets it happen.

Any idea how I can force him to get tutored?

Also, what governs the reputation of players when scouting them? I bought xabi Alonso who had a 4 star reputation through scouting, but when he finally arrived at my club he had a 2 star rep.
