Want my club to be in financial hell

Seeing that FM25 won't be here for a while, I am trying to find ways to keep my saves interesting in FM24.

I have an Arsenal save and I have won everything that can be won and now the club is very wealthy with a billion pounds transfer budget.

I want to find a way to make the club go into financial hell.I was thinking of using the in game editor, but I'm not so savy with FM finances, especially in the editor.

Could someone give me some advice on what type of debts/loans I should put in the editor for it to feel fun and challenging managing a financially struggling club. Also some realism would be great too.
