Anybody who has experimented with delegating the scouting to DoF or Chief Scout? How have the results been for you.

I have tried the same but I quickly get frustrated with the fact that they start deploying scouts to some countries where there's a minimal chance of finding good players.
I know Doctor Benji has had success with this. Just wanted to know what's the thought on this approach??
