Academy players, the future of talent?
Post Body

With the ever extortionate fees of players in todays modern market. ( of course inflation playes a part but the £110m for a cdm for caciedo goss to show). Are clubs and those outside the ‘top 6’ going to struggle in the future into luring their wanted targets.

Utilising a professional and proficient acamdey to bring in top talents not only reduces those struggles for teams who don’t have the money to compete it allows clubs to bring in their next set up with players who know the club.

Brighton for me are a fanatic example of this set up, city also do it well but they are such a well oiled machine that it’s not a surprise.

Let’s see what the future brings.
