I have an disabled adult child who lives in my basement, in her own apartment. Currently, because of PEBT, she has a large amount of money on her card. Her usual (I think) monthly amount is $40 and with her PEBT amount is almost $200. Her food needs aren’t that great, and she is on a very restrictive diet. We help her out with most essentials, and she buys her gluten free/specialty foods. Is it legal to spend her funds on our local non-profit family center?
