Post Body

Hi!

I'm looking for advice on the best certification I can get to conduct independent Food and Hygiene audits. I have been an in-house auditor for several years but as I begin to branch out I will need a qualification behind me.

I've looked into ISO 22000 and FSSC22000 online courses. However the deeper I look the more I find and confused I become.

Do I need to do a HACCP course prior to either of the above courses?

Are ISO and FSSC the cream of the crop? or is there a better alternative?

I will be conducting audits mainly in South East Asia and possibly Australia.
