Procedures for constructing a moisture sorption isotherm

Post Body
Hi. I need to make a moisture sorption isotherm. I'm familiar with the old method of getting an initially dry sample, placing it in environments of increasing αw and continually weighing until the weight goes into equilibrium. If I'll do this, I'd use different concentrations of sulfuric acid in small jars.
While simple and reliable, it's rather laborious and takes time. I was wondering if there are alternatives that are more convenient.
