Should I?
Post Body
yesterday I took out chicken from the freezer at around noon 12pm. I placed it in room-temperature water for thawing. Some things came up and I had to leave the house at 4:30 pm and had no time to cook, so at around 4pm I placed the chicken (at this point it was already thawed and ready to be cooked) in the fridge (not freezer). Is it safe to take it out of the fridge and cook it today?
thanks!
