Leftovers mistake?

I had leftovers from a restraunt and put it in a sealed lid to go box, accidentally left it in the car before watching oppenheimer, 3 hour movie, got home around a hour after movie and put in fridge- this was on thursday and i just ate the food today sunday- i didnt even think about it.
Should i be worried?
It was a stir fry place where tou pick your own ingredients- leftovers had chicken shrimp beef carrots rice lo mein udon- etc.
