I think I'm being paranoid. If this were anything else, I'd just throw it but considering it's just water and the getalin mix, I figure it can't be that serious. But there is a partial concern about bacteria build up over an hour?

So, basically, I prepared some sugar free jello, boiled the water, then added room temperature water, mixed and left it at room temperature and didn't remember until two hours later. I put it in the refrigerator now, but would I be better throwing it away or is that a bit extreme?
