Is anyone else's store doing this?

Hey all! I'm wondering if I'm alone in this situation.
Is your store giving you(front end) people a list of chores to do to substitute for QA staff? I understand doing a few housekeeping things here and there, but this list just seems like overkill. I'm just wondering why we are asked to do these tasks now?
I know that corporate has cracked down on my store, but that's all my CSM would say.
