Affordable dinner near Barangaroo

Hi foodies, I'm planning to do a stroll down Darling Harbour to Barangaroo with a friend next week, and I'm looking for reasonably-priced dinner options near Barangaroo. Doesn't have to be on the water. I'm thinking along the lines of Torotoro Ramen, Michi Izakaya or Old Town Hong Kong. Prefer Asian cuisine, but happy to hear all recommendations. Looking to spend $30-$40 per person. Thank you!
