I eat porridge for breakfast on a daily basis so naturally it has gotten a bit boring. I've tried to search for ways to spice up my morning meal on the internet, but most of the suggestions have been for people who prefer their porridge sweet. I'm not a big fan of sweet stuff, so I'm intrested to know if anyone has any interesting suggestions on how to make my mornings more interesting. I've already sampled with nuts and seeds, cottage cheese and some mixes of spices. All unique individual preferences are especially welcomed!
If you want savory porridge look into Asian recipes. century egg porridge is one of my favorite , especially with pork.
