Thawed turkey too soon, how long can it safely be refigerated

I bought a 12 lbs turkey to put on the smoker. Put it in the fridge to slow thaw. I am supposed to smoke it on Tuesday but it was thawed by Saturday. Is three days in the fridge too long ?? I'm keeping it in the coldest part of the fridge. Pretty sure they keep the "fresh never frozen turkeys" that long in the store but wanted to check.
