Just for the record I used 2 slices swiss and 2 slices provolone on top to get that nice browning under the broiler.

I always see them at Goodwill. That's where I got these for like $1 a piece

Here you go buddy! Not really a recipe but this restaurant has the best French Onion Soup I've ever had and this is the chef. I just copied what he did.
