Chop tip steak (or any other thin beef steak) into small bite sized peices. Pour ~ 2 cups of strong coffee in a container with lid add 2 cubes beef bouillon and liquid smoke, salt, and black pepper to taste. ( Go very easy on the pepper here!) Let all of this marinate overnight.
Now strain your mainade into a sauce pan and sear the steak in a large skillet. Bring the marinade to a boil. Activate some cornstarch in 350ml of Jack Daniels and wisk in to create your gravy.
This really brings out the beefiness of the beef and makes a great brunch. Serve it all over the top of over med./easy fried eggs (the yolk and gravy cause a flavor explosion) and some hearty wheat toast.
