Sources for stories to tell at Yule?

A few of us are having a large bonfire and general chicanery for Yule. Part of the plan is to sit inside afterwards in the light of candles and lanterns and tell stories.

This is where I run into trouble. What stories should I tell? Or when can I find some sources?? I was thinking of one of the Wild Hunt stories, probably the blend involving King Herla. But struggling for any meaningful source or even retelling that's more than a paragraph.

So I'm hoping I can get some suggestions for stories and/or sources. Hell at this point I'd even take Victorian retelling lol.
