I set up my C.A.M.P. on the farm between Wixon Homestead and Overseer's Camp. I've been here since the B.E.T.A.

I'm right off the main path of the first quest, so feel free to stop in and use my benches or take a nap. If I'm around I'll gladly craft you anything you might need, armor, weapons, food, drink. I've always got extra resources on hand.

Outside

• two large generators
• two water purifiers
• adhesive farm
• blackberry farm
• some carrots too
• piano on front porch
• regenerating wood pile
• close to the river for water

Main floor

• bedroom - two beds, shelves, lamps
• kitchen - cooking stove, milk fridge
• workshop - armor, chemistry, tinker, weapons benches, Nuka stash box

Upper floor

• bedroom - two beds, end tables, one lamp
• lounge - two comfy chairs and a rug

I'm still hoping to get a power armor station on the back porch, a dining set for the kitchen, more instruments, and a TV and Nuka machine for the lounge.
