A little more mod testing for recoil. Because why not.
Post Body

My heart was broken so I figured why not distract myself with more testing. Was able to pull more data and crossed it with 4 and what changed in 76.

Standard Long Barrel - lost its Accuracy spread (meaning shots will not always be on point when ADS.) And lost its 15% recoil. Kept its ADS speed at 3% and AP Cost at 10%.

Short Light (now the True Short Barrel) Gained VATS accuracy/hit chance. Lost -10% recoil and its
-15% AP cost

Long Light (True Long) Lost its Accuracy Spread (nerfed? Still in 76 testing confirms its still there) Lost recoil (had -15%). Kept its Hip Fire Accuracy.

Long Ported (Stabilized) Kept its -25% recoil (bugged in 76 or at least overcapped by other means)
Kept its 3% ADS speed, 10% AP cost , 40% sighted accuracy

Aligned is new to 76 and a hybrid of True/Stabilized. Should have -25% recoil on both long and short barrels and a AP cost reduction.

Short stocks - Kept their 7% stability (Idle sway reduction), -15% recoil, 5% ADS speed

Full stocks (Stabilized) Are combine with stabilized now. Should reflect - 9% stability ISR, -25% recoil, 30% AP cost, 10% ADS speed. Lost their "Better aim with scopes effect" Can't find if its disabled, bugged or whatever.

Aligned - Should also be the same as stabilized but with 9% stability ISR -20% recoil, -AP cost, ADS speed.

Muzzles

Compensator - Has a -15% recoil effect.

Muzzle Break - a - 20% recoil effect.

Suppressor - No longer has a "-" recoil effect. Now just speeds up recenter time.

Bayonet - Should deal 100% stacking with the stocks.

Weight still is active for AP cost on guns as it was for fallout 4. But its either hard capped, or guns now are over a weight cap to balance. Best example I was given: *not confirmed. A combat rifle could have a weight cap of 10.00lbs. As long as your under that cap you would get extra AP costs reduced.
As of 76 now. It seems to still be in the game but not active or at least turned down so much that its not noticed.

The recoil reduction cap is 50%. But stocks and barrels (mainly Long stabilized and Aligned Long) are either adding over 50% to break it. Or give diminished returns. As a Long Stabilized Barrel is giving 100%. The recoil chance is also 50%.

Bruising stock is suppose to be dealing 100% bash damage. Forceful and Precise should be dealing 50%. These stocks increase durability but only when bashing. Bugged and applying when shooting.

Based on all of the testing I've done. Stabilized when used on any semi auto rifle is giving 50% recoil reduction breaking the cap. For levers, revolvers, hunting and those types of weapons, Double True, aligned is the best we can do until a fix is made. For semi autos an Aligned barrel and a Stabilized Stock will give the 50% cap when not using a compensator or muzzle break.

This works with automatic but Vats is sought after more so reducing AP or increasing Vats hit chance is better.
