Foundation Terminal entries not appearing.

When you go to Penelope Hornrights room in the underground part of Foundation, she has a terminal named "Penelope's Terminal". Now the wiki tells me there should be at least 5 Personal Entries on this terminal since I completed the Wastelanders quest line but only the first entry appears for me. Is anybody else having this problem?
