They updated the quest so you only have to get feral ghoul blood sample and forgot to change the blood sample machine to only need one, it still needs all three! so now it tells you to analyze the blood but that you don't have the blood. Broke the main questline by trying to fix a minor inconvenience and fucked over new players. Amazing.
edit 1: If you analyze the blood first then install the t-fuse, it seemed to work for me. It wouldn't work the other way around.
