So I decided to replace some of my old power pylons with the new red rocket power pylons only to find that as I take away items from from camp, even scrapping them, I can’t add anything new. I can’t even attach power to my camp since I scrapped the old power pylons (if any of this makes sense). The more I scrap, the worse it gets, never adding budget to my camp as I scrap.
