This isn't necessary at all. Do not take this as me demanding this be implemented into the game. It is simply a request.

I've been playing Fallout 76 for a while now, on Xbox, and I love it. It's a fun game I can mess around with my friends in. Although I'm having fun, combat with guns can be quite irritating. It isn't breaking my game or stopping me from playing, it's just irritating. I love playing third person and watching my character running around, seeing the cosmetics I have and all that comes with it. I prefer combat in first person though, it makes aiming down sights a lot easier and due to the third person aiming being a bit wierd, especially indoors, I think it would be a good thing to add the ability to ads first person whilst in third person view.

My main inspiration wanting thsi features is PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. This game, much like 76, has a big of a janky third person aiming system, but the first person is brilliant. I this game, for those who don't know, there is a controller setting where you can aim down sights in first person whilst playing in third. It is a simple feature that goes a long way.

Anyway I believe it would be a nice and efficient quality of life change. But once again, I am not demanding it just requesting it.
