Power Armor Creation Spam when Scrapping?

So, I was going through the Prison to collect steel, and as I was scrapping all the weapons and junk I collected, my inventory became spammed with over a dozen of each piece of my Power Armor (For whatever reason...?)
Now I weigh over 1000lbs and can't drop any of it. Does anyone have any solutions?
On XBox. Already tried resetting my game, stepping out of Armor, etc.
